  • Air gaps are not walls. Removable media and supply chains bridge "isolated" networks.
  • Supply chain matters. Trust flows through vendors, drivers, and update channels.
  • OT is in scope. Malware now reaches physical processes; stealth applies to PLCs, not just PCs.
